Recently, Google has rolled out its all new algorithm- Google Penguin 3.0. With the new update, Google aims to knock down the increasing amount of spam on the internet so as to offer users a better search experience. However, the new update is yet revealed completely, which will be taking place over the next few weeks, but, it is expected that it is going to impact one percent of English search queries. The new version of the penguin is expected to introduce a system which is likely to allow refreshers to happen more frequently. In other words, the Penguin 3.0 seems to be a data refresh.
The all new update is more like a spike than an ongoing change. So, if the new algorithm finds that your website integrates black-hat SEO, then it will be penalized or de-ranked, which will leave you waiting for the next update or refresh to be re-evaluated.
